“I am approaching retirement and know I would like to move to the Oklahoma City area for retirement. In preparation for this, I have asked other real estate agents to help me find a home in the area. It was like turning on a fire hose, the other agents started sending me endless long lists of all kinds of available homes, most not like the ones we described we wanted. This was not helpful to us.
My wife and I tried again and we met Tracy Ratcliff. She listened to our interests were and provided a list of about 20 homes that fit our description.
